Meg Pirie
Full Spectrum Doula

Supporting all bodies, identities, and outcomes
through the full spectrum of reproductive experiences

Hello and welcome! My name is a Meg and I’m so grateful to have you into this space.

A few quick details…I identify as a cis-het (cisgendered, heterosexual) able-bodied woman and settler. I acknowledge that my family and I reside on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lūnaapéewak, and Attawandaron peoples, on lands connected with the London Township and Sombra Treaties of 1796 and the Dish with One Spoon Covenant Wampum.

As an intersectional feminist, grounding my birthwork practice, parenting, and daily life in a person-centred approach that affirms all bodies and identities is incredibly important to me. Rooted in the principles of reproductive justice, I am a passionate supporter of bodily autonomy, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care and support grief and loss, abortions, and postpartum at all stages.

You are the boss of your body.

I’m here for you.

Don’t see what you want or need right now? Let’s talk about a customized package that meets you where you’re at!
If you’d like to book a service, please send me an email or book a free 30-minute consult under Get in Touch.

An affirming, customized one-on-one prenatal prep class, whether you have experienced labour or if this is your first time. Over four hours, we’ll explore key themes and create a birth plan that reflects you and your needs. Session can be virtual or in-person.

Packages for in-person and virtual support are available to meet you where you’re at. We’ll develop a customized, holistic care plan that combines support and validation. You are exactly the parent your baby needs.

Whether you are bodyfeeding, formula feeding, or a combination, I’m here to answer questions, check-in, and affirm your choices. Yes, fed is best *but* options and support are ideal and I’m here for you.

Holistic, compassionate care is provided to you whether your loss is unexpected or you are preparing to labour. Postpartum care and holding space are centred so that you feel heard and held at all stages of loss. There is no blueprint for grief, so please reach out at any time.

Getting in touch with our creativity is a wonderful way to honour and heal our inner child, develop self-awareness, gain emotional literacy, start to address big life questions, or process birth.

In person and virtual support is available before, during, and after. We’ll focus on preparation, processing, and postpartum care following a medical or surgical abortion to help with rest and physical recovery.
