Consults are 30 minutes in length and are free of charge. During this informal conversation, I encourage you to ask questions and also share what it is doula support looks and feels like for you. If we identify that there are other birthworkers who could better support all the intersections that make up your you-ness, I will whole heartedly look to my birthworker community to identify referrals that make sense for you and help with this process.
