Over four hours, we’ll talk through how you feel about birth and how you want to feel. We’ll create a plan that both meets you where you’re at and reflects you, the parent. Key themes that are helpful to explore include: physiological stages of labour, holistic comfort measures, mindfulness an grounding, holding space (a great option for partner/partners/support people), postpartum 101, and communicating with medical care providers. Sessions are customized and can be in-person or virtual.
