Virtual package includes 12-hours of virtual video support for the fourth trimester with phone and text support between video chats. After 12 hours, you may want to add up 5 check-ins available after at reduced hourly rate of $18.
Sliding Scale Cost: $90 – $360

In-person packages can be purchased in 20 hour and 30 hour increments. (The 30 hour option is a 10% discount). Postpartum support is all about nourishing you through wherever you find yourself in this postpartum-is-forever-journey: some housekeeping, making you meals, helping with infant feeding, integrating sibling-hood for your older chicklets, and just being present with you. Availability is flexible to meet your needs.

30-hour Sliding Scale Cost: $200 – $810

You will receive a customized support plans and schedule templates, alongside the provision of resources based on your questions, needs, and goals.

We will also collaborate on writing prompts and creative exercises to help process or document pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience.
